A 10-ounce tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto, accompanied by a duxelles made from cremini mushrooms and shallots, deglazed with bourbon, delicately wrapped in our homemade puff pastry.

Chateau Briand Wellington

A 14-ounce center-cut chateau briand prepared in the Wellington style, served with green beans almondine, steamed asparagus with hollandaise sauce, roasted carrots, and a wild mushroom risotto stuffed bell pepper.
