Lots of restaurants claim to offer great steaks. We created Kaminski’s to serve you the greatest steaks, from terrifically tender filets to powerfully flavored NY strips, porterhouses and ribeyes.
Through an exclusive arrangement with the nation’s premier meat supplier, we offer corn-fed, dry-aged, center-cut beef, inspected and selected by master butchers. When the beef arrives, we refrigerate it in a perfectly calibrated environment until the moment it enters our custom-designed broilers – each capable of reaching up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. Overkill? Not if you want the kind of char that steak lovers dream about. Not if you want to serve a steak that has no equal.
The same dedication to quality explains why we deal with only the best seafood suppliers, why we procure locally sourced meats and produce whenever possible, and why we have created one of Wisconsin’s truly great wine lists. It also explains our insistence on providing the Dells’ most accomplished level of service in a truly comfortable environment overlooking the Wisconsin River.
The view you’ll enjoy is the same one we grew up with. In fact, our family has been taking care of guests in the Wisconsin Dells since 1951. We put down roots here a long time ago, and the Dells will always be our home. That’s why our name is on the front door.
